Shaina is a Lake Tahoe-based Functional Medicine Nutritionist and Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned Health Coach with five years of experience in the field. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States, and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). She is currently pursuing an Intuitive Eating Counselor certification.
