Your first visit with your Parsley clinician is a full hour. They've reviewed your intake in advance and use the time to go deep: your history, your labs, your patterns, and what's been missed elsewhere. This is where the root cause diagnosis begins.

After your initial visit, your clinician orders a personalized advanced lab panel that goes well beyond standard testing. You'll also begin working with your functional nutrition coach, who focuses on lifestyle, nutrition, and the daily changes that support your care plan.

Your care plan is updated at every visit. As patterns emerge across your labs, symptoms, and lifestyle, your clinician adjusts your protocol — adding specialty testing, refining treatments, and tracking progress against your baseline. Between visits, you have secure messaging with your care team.
