After your lab tests have processed (approximately 14 days), your results will populate within our secure online portal.
Each biomarker will have detailed notes explaining the role it plays, what we’re measuring, how symptoms may manifest, and what can help maintain levels optimal.

During a 30-minute virtual visit, your board-certified clinician explains your results, how they’re connected, and what they mean for your health.
Our clinicians turn data into direction, interpreting lab results in the context of your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals.
Leave with a plan
Get personalized recommendations for diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that influence your health and wellbeing — both now and in the future.
With the full picture, our clinicians connect the dots to give you targeted guidance, tailored to your biology and goals.
Continue your care
You’ll have access to your care team for follow-up messaging and support for 14 days following your visit. We address questions around supplement protocols or other lifestyle changes to remove the confusion.
And if you decide to continue with our Complete Care program for ongoing functional medicine support, the cost of your visit will be credited towards your membership.
