Patty Gonzalez is a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach with seven years of experience helping people improve a variety of chronic conditions, from digestive issues to mental health concerns. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Counseling from Bauman College in Berkeley, California, where she graduated with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid (Spain), as well as an MBA from IE Business School.

I am passionate about helping others make nutritional and lifestyle changes that contribute to better health. People don’t get chronically sick in one day, so I believe that every nutritional and lifestyle change that we make, big or small, brings our bodies closer to healing. I like to make sure that I understand your lifestyle so that we can work together on addressing the root cause of the problem.
