My Approach to Care
I was drawn to Functional Medicine because it brings both logic and science to medicine in a way that truly makes sense to me. My approach starts with stepping back and asking what a symptom is really telling us, rather than simply treating it in isolation. More often than not, I find that addressing foundational factors like stress and nutrition instead of jumping straight to complex treatments can simplify the path forward and create more sustainable, lasting results.
