Nicole Kholodnov is the VP of Clinical Operations at Parsley Health, where she heads clinical operations, as well as membership experience and revenue planning. Prior to joining Parsley Health, Nicole oversaw Clinical Operations at Oscar Health, a venture-backed startup operating in 6 states using technology to simplify health insurance. As a founding member of the Care Delivery vertical, she set up and oversaw operations for Oscar's primary care practice, the Oscar Center, and virtual tele-health offering in-house. In a previous role, Nicole built and scaled the team responsible for determining insurance products’ coverage and corresponding claims adjudication. Before Oscar, Nicole was a senior management consultant at Oliver Wyman, working primarily in their health and life sciences practice. Nicole is a graduate of Harvard University. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys running (first marathon, NYC 2017!), spending time outdoors (hiking, skiing, biking), reading medical case studies, and all things pasta.
