My Approach to Care
I start by listening to what health challenges are most important to my patient. Then I get a detailed account of their health history; this includes specifics like how many times they wake up overnight and what kind of support network they have. Finally, we come up with a plan of action together that considers their goals as well as their time, energy and financial resources.
Ask me about
My dog, my children, and hot yoga.
Most likely to find me
I used to say you’d find me hanging out with my husband, 3 kids and rescue dog, but since my kids have all flown the coop, it’s just my husband, dog and me!
