Lauren Heuser
Lauren is a graduate of Cornell University College of Architecture, Art and Planning where she completed her architectural thesis on healing the mind, body and soul through experience of space: an architecture for meditation, physical activity and social engagement. Her professional career has included design and project management of boutique and SuperTall buildings, corporate interiors and luxury hospitality developments at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill before following her passion for physical wellbeing to develop fitness clubs at Equinox and residential fitness amenities with Related Properties. Lauren is an active Level-2 CrossFit Coach with a focus in Olympic Weightlifting and making people smile. She loves the mountains – snowboarding, hiking and backpacking; especially when she is with her husband and their dog, Cody. When at home, she can usually be found in the kitchen with a ton of veggies.
