I am a world traveler, fascinated by all cultures and the natural beauty of our Mother Earth. I have been to six continents, including Antarctica. I strongly support sustainable living practices.

I practice what I preach, following condition-specific nutrition, regular exercise, and spiritual practices, including meditation. It is always a great day if I am on my bike or hiking.
