Jessica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Functional Nutrition Coach with functional and culinary nutrition training. She led the nutrition curriculum at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, helped celebrity nutritionist Joy Bauer launch a healthy snack company, trained as a chef apprentice with a world-renowned natural foods chef, and taught nutrition and cooking classes for various groups, including the USA Rhythmic Gymnastics Team.

What I’m most excited to bring to Parsley Health members
After overcoming my own unique health challenges, I know that helping to restore one’s health is the greatest gift I can give. I love playing detective and getting to the root cause of imbalances, and I enjoy teaching members how to make delicious healthy meals, even in the demands of a busy, productive life.
