Erin Assenza
Erin is a Health Coach with six years of experience in the health and wellness field. She enjoys supporting members with their digestive health, hormonal health, skin health, and with prediabetes/diabetes. Prior to joining Parsley, she wrote and led the curriculum for a Diabetes Detection and Prevention program with Northwell Health, was a founding Health Coach at Wellory, and taught corporate wellness classes to companies like Facebook, LinkedIn, KPMG, and Viacom. She has been quoted in publications like Shape Magazine, Bustle, and The EveryGirl. In addition to coaching, she is a Certified Meditation Teacher.

What I’m most excited to bring to Parsley Health members
I love connecting with members on a deeper level to uncover the root cause of their symptoms, understand what motivates them, and help them break down big goals into manageable steps. I love to share the power of food and lifestyle as a form of medicine. And I love receiving celebratory emails from my members saying, “I can’t believe it, my A1C has improved so much,” or “OMG I have no more bloating!” or “My skin has never looked better!”
