Erica Favela (she/her) is a Bay Area-based Functional Nutritionist and Senior Functional Nutrition Coach with over six years of clinical experience in functional medicine. She is a certified Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College, has received extensive training from the Functional Nutrition Alliance and School of Applied Functional Medicine, and holds an Associate Chef certification from Living Light Culinary Institute. Erica is particularly passionate about women’s health and hormones, and has extensive experience supporting women in menstrual cycle regulation.
