I've taught and practiced in academia, worked in private practice, served as a hospitalist, and spent over a decade providing medical care abroad in Thailand and India. I'm certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine and have completed advanced training at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.

My Approach to Care
I find that listening to your experience and understanding the details of your medical and health history and your life context, including your family, work, environmental exposures and what you like to do for fun, is the most important foundation for your care. This creates a broad map that will help us to identify root causes. From there, we do targeted testing as needed and co-create a plan of care. Your preferences and responses to treatment help us determine next steps.
