Ashley Gish is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and certified Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society. She completed her doctorate in women’s health and midwifery at the University of Utah and completed her functional medicine training through The Institute for Functional Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness meditation, herbal medicine, and holistic nutrition, and is passionate about taking a whole-body approach to healthcare that helps women optimize their hormones, get their energy back, and feel like themselves again!
