Arsie Jiwajinda

Arsie is deeply passionate about creating a meaningful employee experience with a focus on organizational development and a healthy company culture. She believes that everyone’s voice adds value to the conversation and is committed to building an environment of continuous learning. Prior to Parsley Health, she led People Operations at FiftyThree, an NYC-based mobile creativity startup, and most recently supported the globally distributed team at Remote Year, a travel startup that enabled people to experience living abroad while working remotely. When she is not in front of her computer screen, you can find her trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, sitting under a tree rereading Harry Potter, or making a fool of herself on the dance floor. She will always tell you if you have something in your teeth and hopes you’d do the same for her.
