My Approach to Care
My goal and passion is to help empower every member that I work with. I believe that food carries a lot of weight in each of our lives, and in order to find true healing, we first have to heal the deeply rooted ideas we have surrounding it. Metabolic health is foundational to feeling our best, and I love talking all about it. Ultimately, I am just excited to help each member discover how to live their most vibrant life.
Ask me about
My kids Ellis & Nori, my love of bears and “Fat Bear Week”, or my love for The Golden Girls, Bob Ross, and vintage glassware.
Most likely to find me
Spending time with my husband and kids; teaching pure barre from my bedroom; going vintage shopping for my glass collection; or trying to make any location my dance floor.
