She holds a Masters of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Tech University and completed her dietetic internship at Texas State University. She has over a decade of experience ranging from clinical nutrition, to corporate workshops, to private practice.

What I’m most excited to bring to Parsley Health members
My goal and passion is to help empower every member that I work with. We are all uniquely made, so that could look like taking back control of your health by making small, lasting changes, getting to the root of symptoms, or helping heal a negative relationship with food. I believe that food carries a lot of weight in each of our lives, and in order to find true healing, we first have to heal the deeply rooted ideas we have surrounding it. Ultimately, I am just excited to help each member discover how to live their most vibrant life.
