When you’re looking for a quick, nutrient-dense, and delicious option for breakfast, there’s nothing better than a protein-packed smoothie.

This one is loaded with berries and uses two servings of Parsley’s Rebuild protein powder , which means it packs in a whopping 26 grams of plant-based protein .
