When it comes to the physiological compositions of men and women, there are some very stark differences. So while it is a known fact shouted from the rooftops of buildings across the globe that a plant-based diet has a plethora of health benefits that we can all enjoy (man, woman, dog, cat, centaur, orunicorn), how these whole food nutrients affect our bodies’ ability to stay energized, focused, relaxed, and disease-free differs.

Here are some of the health benefits men can expect when coming over to the plant-based side (and that we, as beings who share a world and sometimes a bed with them, are also grateful for.

Replacing processed foods and animal products with fresh, hydrating, living plant foods helps fight brain fog, improve focus and give you a burst of energy.

One out of every seven men will be diagnosed with this disease in his lifetime. The American Cancer Society recommends a plant-rich diet to help prevent cancer and promote overall health.
