While our 24/7 health coaching is a major draw for Parsley members, sometimes it isn’t clear how a coach can be optimizing your general wellness plan. The idea of having an easily accessible health coach can sound great, but it’s even better when you know how to use them.
There are numerous ways your coach can be helping you out on a regular basis. At Parsley Health we like to think of our coaches as guides, incredibly well-trained and highly qualified guides, who are ready to help you along on your journey towards a healthier you.
One of the reasons we started Parsley Health was to create a community for our members. Traditional doctors and nurses rarely spend more than ten minutes with their patients. We believe that community and relationships are the key to wellness success. It’s much easier to reach your goals if someone is cheering you on and holding you accountable. Talk to your coach about your goals and ask them to help keep you on track. Let them check in on you and be your biggest cheerleader. Whether you want to lose weight, cut out sugar, meditate more or just eat a little healthier, your coach can help you come up with a plan and make sure you stick to it.
Confused about your doctor’s recommendations? Have a quick question for the doctor? Your health coach can be the go-between for you so that you don’t need to wait for a doctor’s appointment.
