Is Parsley Health For Me?

Robin Berzin, MD
by Robin Berzin, MDDoctor

So who is Parsley Health for? Well it’s really for everyone.

You may be perfectly healthy and just looking to optimize your health – and to learn more about yourself through testing like looking at genomics, the microbiome, hormones and toxins. Or you might be somebody who has something going on. It might be an autoimmune problem, a hormone imbalance, a cardiovascular or blood sugar problem, a GI problem or even a mental health issue like fatigue or anxiety or depression.

Because the body is an interconnected system our doctors are able to help you with all of these problems by looking at the body as a whole. We look at your past history, your family history, your childhood, the medications that you’ve taken the lifetime of events that have led up to this moment. We then look at your lifestyle, what you’re eating, how you’re moving, how you manage stress. What supplements you might be taking, and what your environment is like. All of these factors are essential for anyone to understand you as a whole person. Today’s medical system doesn’t do this.

Doctors spend 15 minutes with you, hear your chief complaint, get some vital signs, and give you a prescription for a drug. We prescribe drugs at Parsley Health and they’re powerful, important tools, but we also know that best practices from the world including specific nutrition protocols, sometimes supplement protocols, and lifestyle change. These things can radically change your health picture today, and your health story for life.

If you’re interested in learning more about us you can sign up at parsleyhealth.com/connect for a free 15 minute consultation call with one of our membership advisors, who can walk you through how Parsley works and how we can help you.
