When you’re looking for a quick, nutrient dense, and delicious option for breakfast, there’s absolutely nothing better than a protein-packed smoothie.

This one is loaded with berries and uses two servings of Parsley’s Rebuild protein powder , which means it packs in a whopping 26 grams of plant-based protein . Not only will it keep you energized all morning, but it also provides essential nutrients that support your gut-health and general well being.

Fiber

Fiber is a cornerstone in healthy digestion and most people are not getting enough fiber daily. We recommend 30-40 grams per day, and this smoothie makes it easy to get a head start at your first meal. Our Rebuild Protein Powder has 10+% of your daily recommended fiber content, which doesn’t include the added fiber you get from the berries and flax seeds.

Consuming enough fibrous foods is essential to having healthy bowel movements; ones where the toxins are effectively removed from the body through the colon. Without fiber, those toxins may pile up, causing constipation and the reabsorption of toxins.

Vitamin C
