“The exercise that works best for you is whatever works best for you. It’s your challenge to find movement that you LOVE. Movement that you will get up for at 5am because you’re excited to move your body that way. Movement that fuels you for the rest of the day. Really it’s whatever fires you up, clears your head and makes you feel alive – at that frontier of aliveness!
It’s up to you to find whatever it is that takes you on that passage through awkwardness and discomfort into your full electricity”
Marcus, on why it’s important to feed the gut well:
“I would argue that the gut is the first brain of the body, not the second. Everything begins there. Your brain and your body respond to information from your gut- the frontline of your immune system. Provided the body is open to healing naturally, which we assume everyone here is, the next most important thing is to realize what you have to eliminate from your diet to best support your gut. It’s not what you take in it’s what you leave out.
