It was a life saver! I do love a morning coffee but when I’m off coffee this is a great substitute. I also really like to have it in the afternoon for a little lift.

This dairy free latte contains healthy fats from the coconut milk and oil, as well as a touch of sweetness from the raw, local honey, which balances the bitter properties of the matcha out nicely.
As a warning, there are many brands out there that aren’t pure matcha and have other ingredients and sugar added to them. My brand of choice is DoMatcha .
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon high quality matcha powder
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon raw, local honey
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well. Pour and enjoy!
