This Heart Healthy Avocado Protein Smoothie is the New Avocado Toast

Avocados are also high in monounsaturated oleic acid, a “heart healthy” fatty acid. When consumed in moderation, these kinds of “good fats” can lower bad cholesterol.

This super smoothie is a great option for a pre-workout meal because avocados give you the natural energy boost you need to sweat it out just a little longer! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Parsley’s Rebuild protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbs. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs. maca powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Add ice or water as desired
