Pairing a protein and a green is one of easiest and fastest ways to create a weeknight dinner when you don’t have much time to prep. This recipe from Clean Plates elevates the combo.

We’re making your weeknight cooking a little bit simpler with a healthy, one pan meal that makes cleanup easy. This roasted salmon recipe can be made from start to finish in 40 minutes, with just 15 minutes of prep time and it includes our favorite herb—you guessed it—parsley!

Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which has been shown to reduce blood pressure and triglyceride levels as well as support brain health. Broccoli is a great source of vitamins C and K and contains filling fiber that aids digestion. Added herbs, spices, and toasted almonds make this dish extra flavorful.
