Have you ever wondered about your doctor’s go-to recipe for a healthy meal? Here’s one of Dr. Robin Berzin’s favorite recipes for a healthy, nutritious lunch. It’s both simple and delicious. This recipe is included in our 7 Day Detox recipes! You can not go wrong with this one.

Healthy fats combined with eggs will keep you full and your gut healthy. This recipe will also help you kick the mid-day sugar craving and give you the fuel you need for a productive day!

  • 2 free range organic eggs
  • 1/3 of an avocado
  • Coconut oil or Ghee

To dress:

  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Paprika, sea salt and black pepper
  • Optional: Tomato, Asparagus, Peppers


Fry the eggs in coconut oil or ghee until cooked through. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add on top of 1/3 of a sliced or mashed avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Add extra veggies as you desire. Place on top of toast or enjoy it solo.
