Here’s How:
Raw Vegan Protein Bites
(makes 12)
Preparation:
In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients (coconut butter and almond butter). Mix well with a wooden spoon until a thick “cookie-dough” is formed.
Refrigerate for a few hours (optional) to harden the mixture, making it easier to work with.
Scoop out spoons of mixture and roll into balls.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate on a Holiday plate!
