We live for breakfast protein smoothies here at Parsley Health. They’re quick to prepare, easy to digest, help you stay you energized all day long and kick that mid-morning sugar craving.

At Parsley Health, our doctors recommend people eat protein and fat with every meal to keep cravings at bay, and we have a few tricks up our sleeve for effortlessly sneaking in enough protein throughout the day. For example: in the morning when you’re strapped for time and not awake enough to chew yet, drink your protein for breakfast !

Protein-packed smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbs. almond butter

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • Add water or ice as desired

Instructions:

Blend. Pour. Sip.
