Parsley Health is the leading holistic medical practice in the United States designed to help members overcome chronic conditions. We provide access to a dedicated care team, which includes clinicians trained in multiple specialties such as family medicine and internal medicine.
Parsley Health is not a medical group or a health care provider. Parsley Health provides its users with the ability to obtain a telemedicine consultation provided by independent medical practitioners including, but not limited to, Parsley Medical Group FL, P.A., Parsley Medical PC, Parsley Medical, P.L.L.C., and other affiliated practices (collectively “Medical Group”), an independent medical group with a network of United States based health care providers (each, a “Provider”). Medical Group (or your own medical provider if you do not use a Medical Group Provider) is responsible for providing you with a Notice of Privacy Practices describing its collection and use of your health information, not Parsley Health.
Parsley Health is the data controller responsible for your Personal Information. For any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or your Personal Information, you can contact our Privacy Team using the details set out in the Contact Us section.
