Arsie is deeply passionate about creating a meaningful employee experience with a focus on organizational development and a healthy company culture. Prior to Parsley Health, she led People Operations at FiftyThree, an NYC-based mobile creativity startup, and most recently supported the globally distributed team at Remote Year, a travel startup that enabled people to experience living abroad while working remotely. When she is not in front of her computer screen, you can find her trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, sitting under a tree rereading Harry Potter, or making a fool of herself on the dance floor. She will always tell you if you have something in your teeth and hopes you’d do the same for her.
