Support Before, During, and After Pregnancy

Improving Fertility

Our ultimate goal in preparing for pregnancy is to create an environment ideal for conception and a healthy developing baby. Our team will test your hormones to ensure ovulation is occuring, and will make sure the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle is long enough for the egg to implant. We will also educate you on the best times to try to conceive as well as how to know when you’re ovulating.

If you struggle with conception or pregnancy loss, your Parsley Health doctor will look to find the root cause, such as a hormonal imbalance, nutrient deficiency, pituitary issue, gut issue, or imbalanced neurotransmitter and cortisol levels. We do more than measure your egg count.

During Pregnancy

Pregnancy can be confusing—your body and life are drastically changing. We’re here to support you as you navigate this new and exciting territory. Your doctor and health coach will work with you to optimize your diet, exercise, sleep, stress levels, and supplements.

At this stage, we offer more advanced testing which gives an in-depth look at thyroid health and nutrient levels. This will serve as a guide for us to curate a custom diet for each mother. We provide diet recommendations for pregnancy by trained nutritionists and doctors who are familiar with the needs of baby and mom.

After Pregnancy

We provide lactation support, including supplementation to encourage lactation and diet to encourage milk production as well as recommendations to assist with healing and recovery.

I'd seen every possible doctor and healer and always left frustrated, with yet another pill. Before Parsley Health, no one took the time to listen to me, do deeper testing, or get to the root cause of my symptoms. Now, not only do I have a solution, I feel more vibrant and alive than ever.

As someone who despises doctors appointments, I am surprised to say that I actually look forward to my appointments with Parsley. The doctors are incredible in ensuring your health is a top priority, especially when you yourself are too busy to make it one. I truly recommend this company to anyone who needs a dependable physician that is flexible to your work schedule and committed to your health before anything else.

Lindsey B.

I was looking for a Functional medical doctor in New York City and a friend recommended Parsley Health. My primary doctor, Dr Alexandra Palma is thorough and readily accessible. She gets to the root of my problems instead medicating symptoms. I have finally found a team that understands how to get me to optimal health and reverse my high inflammation and premature signs of aging. Brilliant!

I started Parsley Health because I saw how broken healthcare is today—50% of adults have at least one chronic condition, the majority of which are modifiable or reversible with the right care and lifestyle changes.
