Master Your Mental Health through Mindfulness with Parsley Health and Kip

Join Parsley Health San Francisco and Kip for an interactive workshop all about how how to use mindfulness to reduce stress. Kip’s Chief Clinical Officer Anja Schmitz will talk about the effects that stress has on your mind and body, and how mindfulness is an effective tool to gain calm and clarity in any kind of stressful situation. We will practice to mindfully let go of stressful thoughts and focus on what’s important for you. Kip’s Cofounder & CEO Erin Frey will also share her personal story about going to therapy for anxiety and the skills she learned.
