We're only human — we miss seeing you in person too. The Parsley Centers have always been an enjoyable part of the Parsley member experience. We know that although you have been able to continue your care with virtual visits, some of you want to see us face to face again for labs or in-person visits. So that we can keep giving you the type of care that works for you, we're making changes so you can safely return to our spaces. Our new safety practices—formulated by our team of medical experts—go beyond just the basics, because prioritizing your health has never mattered more.

Spaced out visits
To maintain physical distancing and allow members to get in and out of our spaces safely, we’re scheduling all visits further apart, so no members arrive or depart at the same time.
You’ll be asked to do a brief pre-screening over email in advance of your appointment to monitor for any symptoms or exposures related to COVID-19.
Our host will greet you and check you in for your visit—no need to type in your name. Your provider or lab technician will be ready to meet you.
All members are required to wear a face covering while in our Centers. Feel free to bring your own, or we'll have one ready for you when you arrive.
We love your loved ones, but we will not be allowing family members or significant others during visits for the time being. If you’d like someone else to be present during your visit, we’re happy to have them join via Zoom or speakerphone.
We are cleaning our visit rooms, lab, and equipment after every member visit, and cleaning all other common spaces, including bathrooms, doorknobs, and reception area hourly.
We sanitize tools and spaces using products specifically vetted to kill SARS-CoV-2.
We’ve installed new air purifiers with HEPA filters that are certified to capture 99.97 percent of particles that are precisely 0.3 micron in diameter. (COVID-19 travels in droplets around 1 micron.) They also have a high Clean Air Delivery Rate, meaning they can rapidly cycle air through the filter to more effectively capture any viral particles.
We’ve rearranged furniture to maintain six feet of space between you and your provider and placed an air purifier between you and your provider as an extra precaution.
Hand sanitizer will be in every space throughout the Center for use and we encourage use, especially if you need to touch or adjust your face covering.
Our Cafe will be closed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Parsley Health’s doctors and team members are monitoring themselves for symptoms and will have their temperature taken each day upon arrival.
Personal protective equipment
All team members are required to wear face coverings. Providers giving physical exams will also wear gloves. If you’re visiting our Lab, your technician will wear a face mask, gloves, gown, and face shield.
We win together
Our “We win together” culture means team members are committed to cover for each other so no one feels pressured to work while sick. Anyone exhibiting symptoms or in contact with someone potentially ill is required to stay home for 14 days before returning to work.
No visit cancellation fees
We are temporarily eliminating visit cancellation fees. If you feel sick, stay home without worrying about a fee.
Drop-ins on pause
While our Cafe is closed and we are spacing out lab and medical visits, we’re no longer open for drop-ins. If you’d like to schedule time for a curbside pick-up for Parsley Health supplements, you can send a note to your Care Manager or purchase online.
