They are also simple to make, easy to enjoy on the go and can be a great thing to implement into your daily morning ritual. This apple carrot smoothie recipe ensures that you get your daily dose of fruits, veggies and protein in a single shake.

Ingredients:

1 small red beet, trimmed and peeled
1 carrot, peeled
1 large apple, cored
1 stalk of celery
2/3 cup frozen (or fresh) sliced peaches
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
1 scoop of Parsley Rebuild Protein Shake

Instructions:

Blend. Pour. Sip.

Tip: You can also use cooked beets which will give your shake a more fluid consistency.
