1 cup raw organic hemp seeds
handful of fresh parsley, chopped
handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbs raw organic apple cider vinegar
½ cup organic extra virgin olive oil
Juice from squeezed organic lemon
1 tbs ground cumin
Himalayan sea salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Prepare dressing by blending all ingredients until smooth.
Remaining dressing can be stored for up to two weeks in the fridge.
