Now that Summer travel is done and you’ve grounded from flight, literally, it’s a great time to return to the goals you set for 2015 and make priorities.
As the air gets cooler and drier and the light fades, you might find yourself turning inward a bit. What have you accomplished? What’s still on the horizon? What strides can you make before the New Year is upon us? Has anything distracted you?
A great way to reset your focus is a cleanse. By setting some boundaries for yourself, even for just a week, you maximize your ability to attain what you have set out to. Just a little bit of discipline goes a long way – when one thing falls into place, like your eating habits, often everything else does too.
This is why the Parsley team has decided to put our collective energy towards rebooting our systems by doing our 7-Day Detox starting on September 13th – and we invite you to join us.
If you felt pretty indulgent this Summer, our detox is the perfect way to get back on track and treat your body well.
No fasting or juicing, or stressing out the nervous system – this is the last thing you need when the demands on your energy suddenly become higher.
Instead, our doctor-designed 7 day detox feeds the body’s natural rebalancing process with two amazing protein shakes a day, which are packed with tons of essential nutrients, vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants, leaving you with better sleep, more energy, and an immune system that is ready for anything.

To compliment your detox, here’s a great detox tea recipe – awesome to sip on morning, noon or night!
Servings: 6-8 cups
2 quarts of water
2 tablespoons of thinly sliced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
2 cinnamon sticks
juice of 1 lemon
Add water, ginger and fennel seeds to a large saucepan and bring to a boil, turn to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add turmeric, cinnamon sticks and lemon to water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Add remaining tea to a well-sealed container like a mason jar, will stay good refrigerated for up to 5 days.
